How to shop online
Once
you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the
items you have added to your cart by clicking "the shopping cart" at the
top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the
"checkout" hyperlink located in your shopping cart.
Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust
quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of the
items, and then by clicking "recalculate" after all quantity adjustments
have been made.
Thinking of removing items from your cart?
You may instead want to consider saving the items to your wish list for
a future purchase. Items that you move to your wish list can later be
moved back to your shopping cart, or you can send copies of your wish
list to others in hopes of making your wishes come true. Please note,
items added to your wish list do not ensure later availability. (You
must login to use the wish list feature). You may always login by
clicking “lsign in” on the top right of any page.
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart,
click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. At this point if
you have not registered with us before, you can sign-up for a new
account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in
using your email address and the password that you created for the
account. Or if your in a rush you can do a quick check out. Please

Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed
on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are
out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via
e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as
your shipping confirmation.

Which payment types do you accept?

Discover. We also offer Paypal Express, so you can use your Paypal account.

Registering
Why do I need to register?
By
registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You
may access your account by using your email address and a password that
you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you
are signed up on our newsletter, this does not mean you are registered.
Your account will also contain a history log of what you have with
SHOPBUTANTE.

How
do I register?
Simply click on “sign in” and you will be provided with a direct link
that will walk you through the process. If you have never purchased from
us before, registering with us will allow you to track and monitor your
order as well as keep a log of all your order with us. If you already
have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply
click on “checkout”, and this will automatically direct you to our “new
customer” page.

What if I forget my password?
Simply
visit
this link. If you ever forget
your password again, there is always a link on the "my account" page. By
providing your email address, SHOPBUTANTE will email you a new password
that you may later change by visiting "my account" once you log-in
successfully. Passwords are case sensitive and must include a number or
punctuation character.

How do I change my password?
Once
you log-in to your account, you may change your password by clicking on
"my account". Then click on "Change my account password". Next click on
the link that says: "Change password". Enter your new password and click
on "Continue t". "My account" is a useful destination for configuring
your SHOPBUTANTE account to your liking.

do I make changes to my account profile?
Log
into your account, and click on “Account Information” located at the top
of your account page. Make the necessary changes to your account. Scroll
to the bottom of the page, and click on “Continue” The changes you have
made will now be saved to your profile.

Handling
Guidelines
SHOPBUTANTE uses the best possible shipping
carrier for each shipping option to ensure you receive your order within
the stated timeframe. SHOPBUTANTE orders are typically processed within
1 business day of order confirmation, once billing and credit
information have been authorized and verified. Please provide complete
billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the
delivery of your package.

Shipping
SHOPBUTANTE offers FREE shipping on all U.S. orders. Once
an order ships, the
items usually have a transit time of
approximately 2-3 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3-4 days to more rural
areas. Please note that while Free Shipping is fast and usually ships
within the same or next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If
you need a guaranteed arrival time, you should purchase USPS Express Mail
Shipping. You can check

to ensure USPS Express Mail will meet your required delivery date.
Hawaii and Alaska may take 2 days to arrive via Express Shipping. Please
note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

ships internationally via USPS Global Express Mail, which provides tracking
capabilities. This is a 3-5 business day service for most international
orders; however, orders may be delayed by customs.

How can I track my order?
You
will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully
transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent
once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the
tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order
at anytime by visiting “my account” at the top of
any page. Once you login to your account using your email address and
password, click on “Previous Orders” to view past orders and current
orders that you have placed. From here you can determine when your order
actually leaves SHOPBUTANTE.

Returns and Exchange Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for
quality and excellent value. So if you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase you may return your items for a refund or exchange. Return
requests
must be made within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Requests
made within 15 - 30 days are eligible for store credit. You may return unused items or
clothes in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or
refund. We place tremendous effort to insure that every product is in top
notch condition and in order to achieve this standard, we will only accept
returns that have not been worn, altered, or washed. Also,
used items and personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund
and will be returned at customer’s expense.
Please note that Final Sale Items, Jewelry, Under Garments & Swimwear are
all FINAL SALE and can not be returned.

How to Make a Return:
Fill out our
RMA form or call 1-888-705-8674 for a
Return Merchandise Authorization
number. We will issue a RMA Number via e-mail. Please place the label and RMA number on the
outside of your return package. The return
package must be post marked within 5 days of receiving your RMA number.
We will
not accept returns without the return number (RMA) on the outside of the
package. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be
sent back at the customer's expense.

Refund Information
All refunds will
be credited to the same credit card or Papal account used for the
original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your
return for your account to be credited. It could take 1-2 billing cycles
for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
